Holocaust, Genocide, and Human Rights Studies, Minor

The interdisciplinary Minor in Holocaust, Genocide, and Human Rights Studies (HGHR) consists of 18 hours, including a 3-hour introductory course and 15 hours divided among Subjects in Holocaust Studies; Subjects in Genocide, Violence, and Slavery; and Subjects in Civil and Human Rights. A student must have at least one course from each subject area. Alternate arrangements may be made by an advisor for the minor.

Students may choose from the following courses to satisfy the requirement of subjects in this area. An advisor for the Minor in HGHR may give permission for other courses to count as fulfilling this requirement.

Civil and Human Rights (minimum 3 credit hours)


Students may choose courses from the following to satisfy requirements of subjects in this area. An advisor for the Minor in HGHR may give permission for other courses to count as fulfilling this requirement.
