The fundamentals of real estate finance and investment. Topics include: real estate capital markets, mortgage markets, mortgage securitization, real estate contracts and leases, investment analysis, valuation and appraisal, return and risk considerations, and the effects of debt financing, taxation and government regulations on real estate investment.
