BINF 6112 - Bioinformatics Programming II
In this second semester, students practice and refine skills learned in the first semester. New topics include: (a) programming as part of a team, using sequence analysis algorithms in realistic settings; (b) writing maintainable and re-usable code; and (c) graphical user interface development. Course grade includes performance in BINF 6111 .

Prerequisite(s): BINF 6111 or permission of instructor.
Corequisite(s): BINF 6112 . Continuation of BINF 6111 .
