EMGT 6955 - Systems Reliability Engineering Introduction of concepts and methods for the design, testing and estimation of component and system reliabilities. Topics include: reliability mathematics; analysis of reliability data; reliability prediction and modeling; reliability testing: maintainability and availability; failure mode and effects analysis and failure rates; reliability design and implementation; application of concurrent engineering and reliability methods to integrate reliability tests into the overall system development cycle to reduce overall life cycle costs.
