HCIP 6380 - Introduction to Health Informatics An introduction to fundamental terminologies, concepts, and techniques in health informatics. Exposes students to important and current topics, including electronic medical records (EMR), Electronic Health Records (EHR), health data and standards, sourcing, and analytics methods in administrative, clinical, and financial aspects of healthcare.
