MEGR 7111 - Advanced Engineering Thermodynamics


Postulational treatment of the laws of thermodynamics. Equilibrium and maximum entropy postulates. Development of formal relationships and principles for general systems. Applications to chemical, magnetic, electric, and elastic systems. Credit will not be awarded for MEGR 7111 where credit has been awarded for MEGR 8111 .

Prerequisite(s): MEGR 3112 and MATH 3142, or equivalents.
