MBAD 6101 - Ethical Leadership
Examination of the roles of organizational values, culture, leadership, and governance in the avoidance of misconduct and in the development and maintenance of ethical organizations. Emphasis is placed on individual ethical decision-making challenges in organizations and on the development of ethical leadership skills.
