ECON 3151 - Law and Economics


The application of microeconomic concepts to the law with an emphasis on examining the impact of laws on resource use, with the goal of using resources efficiently.  The emphasis is on property, contract, tort, and criminal law.

Prerequisite(s): ECON 2102  with grade of C or above.
