Programming II is a continuation of Programming I (BINF 6111 /BINF 8111 ). In Programming II, students shall practice, refine, and gain advanced skills on basic concepts learned in Programming I. New topics include: writing maintainable and reusable code; advanced Python concepts and tools, Python modules for data analysis in the context of bioinformatics, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
