ECGR 8131 - Hybrid Microelectronics
A project-oriented course involving design, bonding, interconnect and testing of a multidie hybrid microelectronics circuit. Emphasis placed upon use of I.C.’s of various technologies in these designs to optimize performance.
Credit Hours: (3)
Restriction(s): Credit will not be given for ECGR 8131 where credit has been given for ECGR 6131.
Prerequisite(s): ECGR 5132 or permission of department.
