A faculty-led, small group research project. The project-based course models methods and modes of inquiry appropriate to the building technology research. Research topics, questions, and methods are chosen by the instructor and vary by semester. These might include topics within intelligent structures, innovative structural assemblies, emergent materials, statics and strength of materials and systems, or other sustainable technology practices. This course may be co-taught with faculty from allied disciplines.
