The Belk College of Business, in partnership with Universität Regensburg in Regensburg, Germany, offers a dual degree program. This is a one direction program, where Regensburg students may earn the M.S. in Real Estate from UNC Charlotte and the M.Sc. in Real Estate from Universität Regensburg. Students spend their first academic year at Universität Regensburg, the second year of study at UNC Charlotte, and return to Universität Regensburg to complete the master’s thesis required for the Regensburg portion of the program.

Admission Requirements

Universität Regensburg students must meet the admissions criteria for both the M.S. in Real Estate at UNC Charlotte and the M.Sc. in Real Estate at Universität Regensburg.

Regensburg students must complete the following requirements as part of the dual degree to earn the UNC Charlotte M.S. Real Estate.

Credit for the above mentioned courses may be transferred to UNC Charlotte if a U.S. equivalent grade of B or better is earned. Other courses may be considered for transfer on a case-by-case basis, and with permission from the UNC Charlotte Program.
