ENGL 3100 - Approaches to Literature and Culture

Introductory study and application of major critical approaches to literature, such as formalism, race studies, new historicism, gender and sexuality studies, postcolonialism, ecocriticism, class studies, and poststructuralism, with an emphasis on diverse perspectives and on writing about literature.
