RELS 2225 - Religion and Food Explores the relationship between religion and food by examining the role food plays in various religious traditions, as well as the construction of food as an ethical category. Religious myths relating to food, discuss food and ritual, the way food is used to shape gender and social roles, and the ways in which food is used as a tool or indicator of morality are studied.
