PROS 3103 - Project Management: Specialist
The Project Management series is designed to provide a firm base of skills for systematically planning, organizing, and managing resources to meet specific project goals. The course content is based on the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). The Specialist level includes managing risk and creating a framework for successful requirements management and communication.
