Construction Management, Minor

The Construction Management minor is designed for students interested in a Construction Industry profession with an academic background in Architecture, Business, or other Bachelor of Science major. This minor emphasizes the technical and managerial aspects of Construction Management so that students will have sufficient technical skills to function in entry-level construction industry roles. The minor is beneficial to majors in Architecture, Business, Geology, Geography, or other Bachelor of Science majors by enabling graduates to seek employment in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Industry.

All program-level Admission and Progression Requirements are in addition to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte Admissions Requirements .

Admission Requirements


To be accepted into the Construction Management Minor, a student must present a minimum 2.0 GPA overall and Junior standing.

Total = 21 Credit Hours


Progression Requirements


Maintain an overall GPA of 2.00 in the University
